Launched Spiceisle.com – a webserver primarily devoted for the use of our Internet Subscribers to host their Personal Web Pages. The site was designed and managed by Mr. Brian Steele, former IT Manager, Cable & Wireless Grenada Ltd. Over the years the site has evolved and we have recorded in excess of 60, 000 hits per day.Continuing in our efforts to provide quality services and adapting to the rapid changes in technology, Spiceisle.com was re-designed. The new Spiceisle.com Portal Concept originated from Mr. Glendon Langaigne, IT Manager, Cable & Wireless Grenada Ltd. According to Glendon “We needed a portal where persons home and abroad could access and share information on Grenada amongst friends.” New sections to Spiceisle.com Portal includes Live Streaming, On-Demand Videos, Blogs, RSS and the ability for Spiceisle.com email account holders to launch directly into their mailboxes.The new site was designed by the IT team at Cable & Wireless and developed by Mr. Allen Matthew-Clarke, a student of St. George’s University, during his Internship at Cable & Wireless Grenada Ltd, Information Technology Section, in May-June of 2008.
